One major point in many cases against gays is that: It is UNNATURAL! Male with male or female with female is Wrong, (Disgusting), they shouldn't be together! Why? Cus they can't make babies like normal Heterosexual couples can.

I've thought about how gay married couples would wish a family of their own. When you love someone, you would love to have a kid with that special person. The obvious means for gay couples which everyone knows, is to adopt, but its the same as with hetero couples who are unable to have kids - they'd like a special child of their own, and many face heartaches because they can't.

So i thought, what if same-sex couples Could have babies? What if you took stem cells from a woman, and tried to turn it into a sperm? It got me thinking about changing my dream career path into Bio instead of Physics for a while.

It was only today that i got around doing some actual researching.

Interestingly, for about the last twenty years, scientists have been researching methods to achieve same-sex procreation for humans, either through the creation of female sperm or a male egg. There has been success with experiments with animals, like chicken or mice, for example.

Of course one tricky bit you might wonder about, is about the chromosomes. Female cells are generally XX, so how could you make sperms out of them? There are actually techniques such as micro-cell mediated chromosome transfer and mammalian artificial chromosomes which can be used to add natural or artificial Y chromosomes to female cells.

If heterosexuals can use technical assistance to have children, same-sex couples can have children using the same methods. It wouldn't make sense to ban same-sex procreation, and therefore gay sex , and gay marriages should then be legal.

To return to the statement at the beginning, Marriage is apparently the symbolism and upholding of love, right? But now babies are just but one of the aspects of marriage, and neither does society make having children a requirement for marriage. Moreover, what has having kids got to do with truly loving another person, which is what marriage is ultimately about? Whatever shit about this gender or that sex shouldn't matter since LOVE CONQUERS ALL.

After geog, we all know a birth rate of about 2.1 (i think) is important for the building and survivial of our country.

Building and survival? I means Competition in the global economy, defense against possibility of Wars, and the aging shit.

Its all linked, advancement, global crisis due to advancement, freedom of speech due to advancement bringing more people becoming homos.

I don't believe that everyone should be homos. I just wish homophobes wouldn't be homophobic, although i think heteros being disgusted by homos [are homos disgusted by heteros?] as justified as that little tinge of racism/prejudice that's within all of us. As with racism and prejudice and other religious-based disagreements, we all ought to exercise tolerance and be readily flexible with such prejudices. For example, if you have a prejudice against homos [prejudice is usually collective] and there's this homo you get to know, DON'T LET PREJUDICE LIMIT YOURSELF. Don't limit yourself in interaction, befriending, till you can be really sure you dislike a person. Because even if while through this interaction you cant help but dislike the person, eventually you might find something nice about the person which lets you overcome that prejudice you have for homos in general.


Returning to the homos vs heteros bit, i believe in balance so I'd say, lets have some homos and some heteros and everyone else- bi, 3rd gender, whatever. After all, a little bit of everything is healthy as everything are balanced in having pros and cons. Plus if you've read a post of mine from last year, homo animals are all evident be it penguins, giraffes, or dolphins. Obviously no books or media would wanna go around brandishing that fact so it is often unclear/unknown to most.
